Privacy policy

Logixel Technologies (“Logixel”, “we”, “us”) is a Karachi, Pakistan-based AI automation and software studio. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how it's handled. It doesn't cover data handled inside client projects we build — that's governed by the agreement with each client.
What we collect
This site collects very little, and only what you give us directly:
- Contact form submissions. When you use the form on our Contact page, we receive the name, email address, company name (optional), and message you enter. This is sent to our inbox (hello@logixel.tech) using Resend, a transactional email provider, purely so we can reply to you.
- Theme preference. If you switch between light and dark mode, that choice is saved in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it on your next visit. This never leaves your device and isn't used to identify or track you.
We don't use cookies, third-party analytics, or advertising trackers on this site as of the date above. If that changes, we'll update this page.
How we use what we collect
Contact form details are used only to respond to your enquiry — to understand what you're asking about and get back to you. We don't sell, rent, or share this information with third parties for marketing, and we don't add you to a mailing list unless you separately ask us to.
Who we share it with
We use the following third-party service to operate this site. They process data on our behalf, under their own privacy and security terms:
- Resend — delivers contact form submissions to our inbox by email.
- Vercel — hosts this website and processes standard web server logs (like IP address and browser type) as part of serving pages to you.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form emails for as long as is useful for ongoing correspondence, generally no longer than is reasonably needed to respond to and follow up on your enquiry, unless you become a client, in which case correspondence may be retained as part of normal business records.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@logixel.tech. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
Changes to this policy
If we change what we collect or how we use it, we'll update this page and change the “last updated” date above.
